Respect the Mountain, Respect Each Other.

Why Slide With Respect Exists

Every time we hit the mountain, safety must come first. Accidental collisions and injuries can be devastating, a reality we understand intimately (e.g., the tragic Annie Varielle-Savath incident). Since founding in 2016, our focus has been clear: to use real-world stories and clear education to prevent accidents, teach respect and lower injury data across all slopes. Learn more about the data and the necessity of this work on our [News & Articles] page.
